what we keep

• your account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with google.
• your boards: what you draw and write, what your sketch buddy adds, and each board's title.
• each board's conversation: what you said or typed to your sketch buddy and what it answered, as text only. it syncs with the board, and is deleted when you delete the board or your account.
• a log of each conversation turn: what you said, what came back, and timings, so problems can be fixed.
• if you subscribe: your plan, its status and the app store's transaction id. apple handles the payment; we never see your card or bank details.
• if you join the waitlist: your email address, when you joined, which form you used, and the country your connection came from.

what leaves your device, and why

• your voice is turned into text on your ipad or iphone. the audio itself is not sent anywhere.
• when you talk to your sketch buddy, the text of what you said and a picture of the part of the board in view are sent to our server and on to anthropic's claude, which writes the answer.
• your boards and their conversations are saved to our database and storage so they come back on any ipad or iphone you sign in on.
• when you make notes from a board, its conversation and a list of what's on the board (the text and where it sits) are sent to our server and on to anthropic's claude, which writes the notes. this counts as one turn.
• to answer you, your sketch buddy can search the web and read pages. anthropic runs those searches and page reads for it. the search terms come from what you asked; nothing else about you goes with them.

this website

• no cookies for tracking, no ads. we count visits with cloudflare web analytics, which doesn't use cookies or follow you around the web.
• the waitlist form is checked by cloudflare turnstile, to keep bots out.
• we email you only about wobblr: a welcome note, and your invite.

who handles it

• supabase: accounts, saved boards and their conversations, and the waitlist (stored in the united states).
• anthropic: the ai that answers, writes notes, and searches the web when needed.
• cloudflare: hosts this website, carries the connection between the app and our server, checks the waitlist form and counts visits.
• resend: sends our emails (sign-up confirmations, password resets, the waitlist welcome).
• google: only if you choose to sign in with google.
• apple: the app store, which takes payment for subscriptions.

we don't sell your data, show ads, or share it with anyone else.

your choices

you can delete a board in the app. you can delete your account and everything in it in the app (settings → delete account) or by email. to leave the waitlist, get a copy of your data, or delete your account by email, write to [email protected] and it will be done within 30 days.

deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: apple bills it, so cancel it in settings → your name → subscriptions.

wobblr is not meant for children under 13.
